cosfest 25 june 2011

I'm like so freaking happy now!!! Had a very fun and exciting and also very tiring day~ Kaiwen, Jingwen, Zongman and I went to Cosfest 2011! Only Zongman and I are cosplaying while Jingwen wore lolita and Kaiwen normal clothes. We had a late start at preparing, 'cause we don't even know if Zongman is able to make it for the Cosfest. But in the end all is well ends well ^^ I cosplay as Kagamine Len while Zongman cosplay as my sister Rin. The version we did is the vocaloid magnet.. so we are kind of couple? Haha~ Skip all the boring stuff and let's jump to the actual stuff.

Oh have to at least state down our MRT journey! While.. Zm and I just put on make-ups and adjust,trim etc. our wig. haha =D While people are staring! Oh well whatever~

Then blah blah~ at Pasir Ris.. there's this guy who said "oh cool!" hehe~ oh and when we were in my block there's this auntie who said "So cute!" hahaha !!!

Well we took bus 354 to Downtown East which we waited very impatiently for it. When we were walking to our destination, I was very afraid and excited; afraid because I don't know how to pose in front of a camera and scared that no one will want to take photos of us.. little did I know..!!

At the entrance, there's a lot of cosers posing for camera, and I was there both jealous and admiring them. I also want to be photographed!! Zm met her friends and was putting eyeliner and stuff~ Girls stuff so troublesome..(Len's thought haha!)

Then we went in to the airconed tent. Did I mentioned it was so freaking hot?! When we were inside, there's a huge stage with cosers performing on it.(There's some competition going on.) I just followed Zm around as I, being me, am very shy. >///<

After a few minutes being in the tent, I was quite disappointed to see no one asking to take photos. But then POOF! Some one asked!! And Zm and I was like "OH! OH!" (okay maybe that's me) and we frantically put our bags down to pose. haha I just did all I can do. Actually I only smiled unnaturally hehe.. Well.. it's my first time!

Okay actually I'm very tired now to fill in all the details. But this is the first time I was photographed so many times!!(being asked for I mean)

1. In the tent (quite a lot took while we posed there)

2. Outside the tent (actually Zm's friend wanted to take pictures of us. Since lighting isn't good in the tent, we went out and quite a lot of people took photos. I don't know but it felt like 10 minutes? I even knelt down on my knees, with Zm haha)

3. In the tent again? But this time fewer I think.. 'Cause I can't remember much =/ Anyway we were stop a few times for photos~

4. In a different sheltered place where they sell stuff. (This was after I and Zm had thought of some pose style and kw and jw are not with us. Oh and when we were practicing our poses, some one sneak shot us. Lols! In the sheltered place, a lady stopped Zm and asked for picture~ and some people joined in^^)

5. Outside the tent again~ (This was straight after we walked out of the sheltered place. We were like walk walk walk, look around for last than one minute then Zm was like "Oh some one wants to take photo." And so we posed. This was damn tiring!! 'Cause we were like in the sun? It's so hot!! And those photoghs were very persistent lols! They like keep taking photos? While we sweat and after one batch goes off, the others came.. But it was very nice! Serious! Got one guy told Zm and I to look at each other but we had a lot of NGs. Thanks to Zm 'cause she keep thinking about what an idiot we would be if we posed but no one is taking pictures. Oh and 1 lady took pictures of our shoes. =D)

6. Around the same place, but at another exit. (Finally the shooting spree ended and we walked away. Of course man as it's very hot.. And soon we were stopped again. There goes.. hehe =P Not that I'm irritated but I was very tired and yeah.. This time round we also took pictures with strangers. There's this malay lady who asked us if we can take picture with them, of course we said yes. So she's like "Quick quick! Come gather!" and we squeeze to fit in all of us^^ (Hopes the picture(s) is nice!) Then some guys were taking picture from "afar" haha. And another lady took picture with us again^^ I don't know if I heard wrongly or what, but from what I thought I heard, some one was saying "I like the Len^^" (I can't see who said it as I was posing but instantly I flew up to heaven!) Hope what I thought I heard is true though..

Anyway I totally love today and can't wait for the next festival!! Shall stop here now.. My leg is aching @@ Toodles!

back to school ..

Tomorrow school's is back in action. And I'm forced to be back into scene. Not that I don't really like it.. But the problem is there are many things I have yet got it done.. Anyway somehow I really don't want to see the person-next-door. It's like I'm afraid I will lose out, and I don't want to know that the person became better than me. Yeah.. I'm a coward.. and here I'm hoping that person isn't working hard at all... What a dork I must be ..

Comifest 2~

Today is the first time I went to a cosplay event. Comifest 2!! Okay it's a very small event, but then I just went to go take a look~ Around 11+? Shiling came to my house to wear her so-called costume and make-ups. Just very simple lil' things.

Shiling's costume: a 3/4 black pants, a long sleeve white shirt (sleeves folded to elbow), and something like a vest(black). Put on foundation and a lil' blusher. Overall, she look like a waitress!! Or maybe a female butler? Haha~

My costume: a folded brown short skirt, a white short sleeve shirt, a grey knee socks, a string of red ribbon. You should be able to guess, my theme is a school girl. Well, I do look like a school girl, especially when I tied my hair in 2 plaits. Also put on foundation and a lil' blusher. =DD

Off we go~ to Bukit Batok Club House. When we were out of house, quite a lot of people were looking at us. I was very akward!! But oh well, we managed to travel all the way to the club house with Si En. Anyway at the club house, we saw quite a lot of people in costume. Especially vocaloids's and Hitman Reborn's. They look so preetty!! Ah.. how I wish I have those kind of costume. Wandered around the club house (it's only 1 floor) to-and-fro. Seriously nothing to do, except admiring others' costume..

Attended a talk on drawing cartoons and comics. I guess it's not really japanese-related? Dilly and dally till around 4+. Then we went to West Mall to eat in KouFu. Blah blah blah and we are back home, while Shiling had already changed out of her costume and I wore her's. 'Cus mine was a shirt ><

Didn't take any photos, 'cus nothing much actually.. Oh well not bad for first time! Adios~
