Okay.. I really want to get in shape =/ Like seriously in shape. So gotta try the diet =P Hey I'm desperate and I know it but then if I slim down now people won't find it strange. 'Cus I'm "studying hard" and extremely "stressed". Hope I can succeed. I mean I did manage to not eat in the morning and perhaps the whole afternoon for 2 days. But I resume eating because I figured I will need the energy to study. But I guess not since my energy recover as soon as I'm out of class.
So... need a schedule for my 1 week diet~ (11/07 ~ 17/07)
Day 1
- only mineral water (I shall not go into details how much because I'm not very sure. So I guess as much as possible? Not exceeding 8 cups else my bladder will burst.)
Day 2
- skimmed milk (need to buy this!)
- apple at 9pm
Day 3
- water again
Day 4
- salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner (oooo I have been having this for quite some time. Love the tomato =D)
- 2 glasses water
Day 5
- skimmed milk
- apple at 9
Day 6
- breakfast (8am): boiled egg, tea w/o sugar
- 11am: boiled vegetable soup (potato, carrot, cabbage)
-lunch (2pm): boiled meat (changed beef to chicken breast. Might even skip this.)
-teabreak (5pm): apple
-dinner: apple at 9
Day 7 (LAST DAY!)
- milk
- tea w/o sugar
*To monitor my weight daily? or every 2 days? or as I please? =P
