Day 24

Today I overslept and was late for the meeting of the Compulsory Student Orientation Program! Oh no! But lucky I was late because they did nothing much in the morning. :P OPPSIE! Was supposed to meet at 7am but I woke up at 7am. Like a boss right? So I skipped breakfast to rush to school. 

I was pretty nervous and awkward at first, because I have to lead a bunch of freshies and I have no idea how to get their gear rolling and hype them up. But luckily I have two awesome buddies,Kai Jun and Jonathan, to help me lead them and together we made the day awesome with the freshies! 

It was really hilarious. I was introduced to the freshies (from MBIO 1FO3) as Kumar, Kj as Mary and Jonathan as Jane. The freshies were like "huh? That's their name?" I was holding my laughter but it is a great idea to help loosen up the tension between us.

We went around the campus to go through the different stations. Man, it was tiring! But the freshies are really awesome and cooperative. Here's our group photo! The 3 odd-one-outs are the Orientation Buddies, starting from the left: Kai Jun, me, and Jonathan.

I really want to thank the OBs and the awesome freshies for making my day on 11/04/13. They are just too cool and awesome for words. HAHA! 

And I would also want to thank God for answering my prayers these past few days. Got to know that just two days ago, my dad was transferred over to another department with lesser workload and of course a better boss. Was like digging more information from my dad about the transfer and I know it was a sudden decision. Thank you God for answering my prayers! 

During CSOP, I also prayed to God to give me the confidence and also to help me through. One of the OBs, Kai Jun, was supposed to be a game master but his role was changed at the last minute. I really have to thank Kai Jun because he really helped me a lot and helped us, the OBs, to bond well with the freshies.

Thank you 1FO3 for being awesome! Hope to stay in contact!! (the 3 of us OBs are actually in their class Whatsapp group :P) 

That's all I have to say about day 24. Time to start my day 25! It will be another awesome day. That I'm certain because I trust in God. :)
