Day 4

Today is certainly a very insightful day. I have learnt a lot of new stuff and came up with an idea that I would never have thought about. Opening an online shopping mall. Why the decision? Because this is something quite adventurous, and I pretty like the idea of having my own company name. Something like opening your own shop and starting a business.

So how did this thought came through? Well, I have joined Amanda's for 2 blogging events and I feel that this is something I would enjoy doing. Getting free samples and doing a review on it. Not too bad ain't it? And you can even get invited to special events as the media press! And you will receive a free sample media kit. Today event that we went to is by Dead Sea Premier, and I regretted something a lot. I didn't tell the lady I have a blog, if not I would have received a free product by Dead Sea Premier. The product is shown below. 24 hour Quartz Metamorphosis Lifting Mask. A whole full product, not even sample size, was give to my friend. But I told the lady I have no blog and she didn't give it to me. Sighs! Dumb dumb me... And you can expect products from this brand to be quite expensive. But the product is real good. A little goes a long way and the mask is not too oily or wet or whatsoever. It's like cream-based and you put it on overnight and wash it in the morning. Very convenient and it is absorbed fast into your skin. And amazingly the white cream turns pink when you rubbed it to spread it. I can really say that this brand really tends to women's need and does show the feminine characteristics in their product design.

Anyway, we sat for about one and a half hour listening to the public relation manager of the company (?) demonstrates how to use the product and the effect it has. The other guest is Jaymee Ong who is an Australian model and acted in the Point of Entry (channel 5 show). Okay I really have a bad memory. I can't remember the name of the emcee and the special guest which is the lady I mentioned earlier who did the demonstration. I promise I will write it down or just note in down somewhere next time. It's not good to blog about somebody whom you don't know their name at all.... Oh by the way, both Jaymee and the emcee are from Australia. They are so gorgeous that I couldn't stop looking at them. Literally. The lady in black dress have a really nice and humorous personality, and I totally enjoyed her demonstration. Anyway some pics to view!

 Anyway, time to go back to what I should do. Weight loss diary remember? So this morning I had integration lesson with Regina and we prayed in tongues. Somehow I feel I'm getting more syllabus? Don't really understand it though. Well, she gave me this chocolate bar that is so awesome I love it. Not too thick and sweet like normal chocolate and it is strawberry flavored and has rice crackers and fruits mix with it. I ate about half a bar and left the rest for tomorrow. After the lesson, I met up with Amanda for the event. We ate KFC 2 piece chicken meal for lunch. Well for me, it's my lunch and dinner. Lunner I guess? I ordered the original with green tea and pealed away all the skin and ate only the meat. Om nom nom nom.. During the event, there's waiters serving food and drinks for us. I didn't get any of the food but at last I gave in to a small piece of green tea macaroon. It tastes absolutely lovely. A thin layer of hard crust with soft cake like texture and in-between, sweet cream. In fact, I did not think that the macaroon is too sweet to taste. It is still acceptable for me and I was glad I ate it. I also had a bit of white wine. Opps!

After the event ended, we went to walk around Raffles City Mall. We walked past this shop that has many products stall in it and Amanda remembered that she have a free sample to claim from Biotherm and asked my to send in application to get a free sample too. She has also given me the free sample bottle of the Dead Sea Premier eye serum. Thank you Amanda! Now I'm not so disappointed about not getting anything free! Feels like some typical aunties huh?

After touring around that shop, we decided to go to Bugis to shop. So off we go! And I'm like "darn! Why didn't I bring more money?! So many things on sale now!" Another auntie act. Sighs. But still! they are cheap! I'm going Bugis tomorrow again fortunately, but I may not get a lot of things due to money constraint... While we were walking around, me and Amanda kept talking about many stuff, and because of that we became closer. I'm so glad to have met her again and spend the time with her. There's a lot of things I would like to write it down. But seriously, my mind is not working now and I know I missed out a lot of stuff. Many great stuff. But here I go again.... I'm writing something other than my weight loss diary. But this is the fun of it right? Writing down interesting stuff about what happened today. Or maybe it is not so interesting and I just wanted to write it down to keep as memories.

So, at night I ate a bit of yu sheng that my mom mixed up and another cup of yogurt. Tadah! I shall show you the prove that it has 47 calories. :D And I got a good bargain for this yogurt! 3 for $2.55 from Giant! For non-fat, there's only two flavors: strawberry and mango. I bought 4 strawberry and 2 mango. So currently, I'm left with 4 more yogurts.~ Anyway I should really turn in for the day. I have to make this habit of sleeping early else I would have heavier eye bags and darker eye circles.
